How to explore the graph?
Hover over notes on the chart to navigate a raga (From S to P to Ṡ).
The Melakarta Raagam will be identified when you hover on the final Ṡ
Click on the Final Ṡ to explore the path's Melakarta Raagam
This will give you the Melakarta Raagam and a list of Derived Janya Raagams
Click on any Raagam Name to play its Aarohanam and Avarohanam.
Play the scale on your keyboard: After selecting a Raagam, use the number row to play its notes. 3–0 = normal octave (S through Ṡ). Hold Arrow Up or Arrow Down with any key for extra octave shift.
Chromatic “between” notes: The letter row Q–P (below the number keys) plays the semitone between adjacent scale notes on top.
